M. Justian Pradinata transitioned from his role as a Legal Manager at one of Indonesia’s largest State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to becoming a Partner at AVYA Law Firm, where he leads the State-Owned Enterprises Practice Group.
His legal career began as a public defender before he moved into the private sector, spending over a decade advising SOEs on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships with both domestic and international stakeholders. His expertise extends beyond transactions—during his tenure at an SOE, Justian played a pivotal role in government policy development, helping enhance SOE performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
With a strong network and a deep understanding of both government and private sector dynamics, Justian is uniquely positioned to navigate Indonesia’s complex regulatory landscape.
