Role Overview
We are currently looking to recruit a qualified candidate for the position of Junior Associate. This role is designed for early-career lawyers who are eager to build strong legal fundamentals and develop practical experience in a professional law firm environment.

Main Duties of the Role
The following are the key duties and responsibilities expected of a Junior Associate within the Firm:
- Assisting Partners and Senior Associates in providing legal advice and support to clients;
Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, summaries, and internal notes; - Assisting in the drafting, review, and organization of contracts, letters of advice, legal opinions, and other legal documents;
- Supporting transaction and advisory work, including due diligence and regulatory analysis;
- Liaising with clients, counterparties, government authorities, and other external parties under supervision;
- Monitoring and reviewing applicable laws and regulations relevant to client matters.

Skills and Professional Expectations
This role requires the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Indonesian Law from a reputable university;
- Ability to draft contracts, letters of advice, and legal opinions in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to a high professional standard;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal work;
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively;
- Professional conduct, integrity, and respect for confidentiality;
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
